Our retractable pergola system can be customized, in size, shape, color, slope and other design features, to fit your space perfectly. With integrated LED lighting, motorized operation, and optional smart features, a retractable-roof pergola system will add value and improve quality of life.
This system can add both aesthetic value and energy efficiency to your home or commercial building. It can provide shade on the patio, as well as reducing solar heat gain to the building in the warm months. Close it during warm days to keep both your patio and adjacent home or business cooler, but open it in the evening to let the heat escape. It can be opened during cooler weather to let more light inside, or to view the stars from the patio at night.
Use your patio in the rain! Our custom retractable-roof pergolas have a roof sloped to meet your specific design and weather needs. Our integrated gutter system will catch water run-off, diverting it through the posts on the lower side and away from your covered space. So let it pour!
Large and flexible coverage area: Our retractable-roof pergola can cover up to 7 x 10 meters (approximately 23’ x 32’) per section, enabling us to cover a space almost 32’ wide and as long as you want, with posts only on the sides – no posts in the middle of the space. For this reason, this system may be preferred to the louvered system for certain spaces. We can also combine rectangular sections to cover non-rectangular and irregular-shaped spaces.

Similar to the louvered pergola, our sloped retractable-roof pergola systems come with a range of standard and optional features that make them a versatile, practical, and beautiful choice:
Motorized with remote control.

Optional integrated LED lighting interspersed on the gathering bars, so lights are distributed throughout the space when the roof is closed.
Optional Smart features. Add a Somfy controller in order to use voice commands and schedule your desired settings. Add a wind sensor to have the system open louvers during high wind, even if you are not home.
Compatible with addional systems to complete your outdoor space: zip shades, wintent shades, cassette awnings, guillotine glass windows, Roll-a View roll-up windows, and sliding glass, to maximize use and enjoyment of your space, while maintaining architectural compatibility with your home or adjacent commercial structures. Fans, heaters, music systems, and misters can also be attached to this system.
Truly custom: Customize more than just the size of your Pergola system. Pergola framing members can be customized with a range of colors or special surfaces, including powder coating in your choice of color, or adding wood or glass surfaces to create a unique look that compliments your space and expresses your personal style. Combine this with various fabric roof color options and additional accessories, such as shades, to create your ultimate custom outdoor space.
